Refund Policy
We want every file we deliver to be worth more than you paid for it.
Check before you pay. You can request a free sample before ordering, and every order is confirmed in chat first — so you know exactly what you are getting.
If something is wrong. If a delivered file does not match the agreed criteria (wrong audience, wrong fields, duplicate rows), message us within 3 days. We will fix and re-deliver the file at no cost.
Refunds. If we cannot fix a problem with your order, we will refund the affected part of the order using the same method you paid with.
Not covered. Normal variation in reply rates or campaign results is not a data defect and is not refundable.
