The service

Alternative Too builds and delivers B2B contact data files based on the audience you describe. Each order is confirmed with you in writing, including the audience, volume, price and delivery time, before any work starts.

Orders and payment

Prices follow the rates published on the pricing page unless a different quote is agreed for your order. The payment method is agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Files are delivered as CSV by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Delivery times are estimates; we tell you up front if a large order will take longer.

Acceptable use

You agree to use delivered data only for lawful B2B outreach and research, and to comply with the email marketing, telemarketing and data protection laws that apply to you. You may not resell delivered files as a standalone data product.

Data accuracy

We verify and clean every file, but business contact data changes constantly and no list is perfect. If a delivered file has errors, the refund policy explains how we fix them.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
